About these messages

Outwrk.Ai sends text messages on behalf of home service businesses that use our AI assistant, and from Outwrk's own demo line. Messages come from the business's dedicated number and identify the business by name.

What you'll receive

• Replies to questions you text or call about, including a text back if your call was missed.
• Appointment confirmations, reminders, and changes you request.
• Follow-ups about a request you made that hasn't been completed.
• After a completed job, a request to review the business.

How you agree to receive texts

You agree to receive these messages when you text or call a business that uses Outwrk, or when you give that business your number and agree to be contacted by text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
• Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or email jtd5142@gmail.com.

Automated assistant

Messages are written by an AI assistant on the business's behalf. It will tell you it is an automated assistant if you ask, and it can alert a person at the business whenever you'd like to talk to someone.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We use your information only as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
